Save your pic to disk, then use a paint(or image) program and choose resize and reduce to about 50%. Save it, then upload the image to imageshak.us. Copy the url and paste it into your sig space.

Nicer pic. I resized by pixel and got a "dirty" picture. Did you use percentage to maintain a cleaner image?
