Decatur's lower levels are no indication as to what their varsity can do.

Does anybody really think that sub-varsity performance relates to varsity's performance the following night? Opinions on the matter....?

Not at all. Although the overall record of a JV at the end of a season can indicate that the teams plays well and could do well at the next level. Although each game on face value I would say no correlation.
