Fried Ice Cream.....Yum! Yum!

Fried ice cream is... ice cream that has been wrapped in a dough like coating and put in a deep frier and fried for a few seconds. The ice cream has to be SUPER cold so it won't melt. It tastes really good. The Texas Renissance Festival has it and thats the only place I've ever gotten it from.

I used to work at a restraunt that served fried ice cream, and i believe it was a big scoop of ice cream that has what taset like graham cracker coating, and they toss it in the fryer for just a second and take it out and put whipped cream and caramel on top of it... mmmmmmmmmmm

I love fried ice cream... but i dont think i'd want to eat it as my pregame meal before a football game
