who will take over the title of the "2nd place" team? just wondering if anyone had any guesses....

That's a great question. Somebody has to pick up that banner. I guess we'll have to wait and see who wins D1, then find their closest playoff game and crown them the "2nd best team in the state" for 3A.;)

It would be nice if after D1 and D2 winners are crowned, there would be a playoff between the two teams. Then you would really know which team was best!

nah...tha would make way too much sense....the UIL would never go for it
