I havent heard about West in a long time. Forney played West in the first round of the playoffs my freshmen year but I havent really heard anything about them since then

i think ppl are underestimating Sweetwater alot, they might not be the MOST, but everyone thinks that they are just gonna roll over this year, NOPE, sry, the Mustang Tradition wont allow that

Sorry Jody, but you can't just go off of stats. You have to look at the level of competition. Take Tarkington for example. (I know I'm picking on them) They have just as many wins as WOS and scored more than they have (or it's really close). Does that make them better than WOS? Barbers Hill may be underrated this year, but don't base that on stats alone.

Jody, these stats are not accurate since all teams do not report their stats to the THSCA website. the disclaimer on their website says it is the responsibility of the staff to report their school's stats and I noticed some missing schools with better stats than those listed.

Bellville's first 3 games (Caldwell, Cameron, and Marlin) this year, where tougher than their first 3 playofff games last year (Giddings, Huffman-Hargraves, China Spring). Bellville will be back, this year! The Junior class is very week. They start something like 5 or 6 sophomores. Watch for Bellville to make a charge, starting this week (verse Yoakum).

I didn't see anyone put down WHARTON. These guys are going to be tough for any 3A team in the state to beat. They have to be one of the best 0-2 teams in football right now. They have lost two extremely close games to two great teams so far. I imagine they will go undefeated in District, which is really all that matters. They will be a force to be reckoned with in the playoffs.:D :D

I talked to a few people back home and they said that Zapata is the real deal. It's hearsay, but I've heard it from quite a few sources.

Also, my boys down in Aransas Pass are still undefeated. Neither of those teams will get much talk on here because I only know of one poster from each town.. and neither gets too caught up in all of this... but I think they both deserve a little recognition.

Yeah, they play Jacksonville this week. Probably their biggest rival from when they were 4A. If they win this one, they will probably move into the top 10, but I wouldn't be surprised if they lost a close one here.

The most underated team in 3A is Diboll. They will struggle early, gel late, and make a deep run.

Gamers you are right about Wharton they are going to be a good team in district,but if they don't come up with a better defense you could see them lose in the first round.Its not going to do any good if you score 50 pts and the other team scores 51.

I couldnt believe the ammount of speed Wharton put out on that field.
