im a fan of 3 point for oline and dline.....i like them getting off the ball on the oline....2 point is great for the spread offenses...lots of slide protection and zone blocking.

if you are just filling a gap on the d-line i like 4-point...keeps you from standing up and getting drove off the line....i like 3-point for the pass rush and shooting gaps

Saw a nose t in a three point at the Holliday/Windthorst game a couple of weeks ago. He was getting DROVE while in the 3pt stance, was getting hooked by the center and knocked off ballance. Second half, comes out in a 4pt and wears the center out!! Funny stuff

they tend to stand up too much out of a 3-point stance. I dont like the 4-point unless, like i said, they are just filling gaps. Keeps you low and big. ITs hard to drive yourself out of a four since your feet are even, most of the time.

what happened to you 3afan2k3? On your earlier threads you tricked me into thinking you were a decent human being with a little fb sense, typical Forney Jackrabbits....and that's a damn shame.
