Alot of teams that haven't won yet is because they play harder and bigger schools in nondistrict play. How much better will your team be entering district and what is your chances of winning your district?

cuero's preseason was supposed to be made up of tough playoff teams but so far only one has been tough... sealy and sinton should be good games... as for district yoakum will probably be the only challenge... gonzales can be all right against us because of the rivalry but i dont know about this year

It's some old tyme slang I picked up somewhere, kinda like a "showhorse" thing...aparently back in the day you were supposed to put a bell on you best cows... union rules I suppose....

Oh my word - now I'm really feeling old or like a hick, can't decide which. I believe (only because my grandfather owned milk cows) that you put the bell on the "lead" cow - the others would then follow the bell back to the barn.

Sorry, I forgot to answer the original question. I believe we will do fairly well, but since I have not seen any of teams in our district play this year, it is too soon to tell.

Sinton will win district 30-3A, the second spot will be a toss up between the rest of the teams: Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Mathis & Goliad.

I think they'll hold their own in this tough district... penalties is what will hurt them more than anything else... but if they get that under control... watch out...

Jasper will go undefeated in district play. Or I guess I should say hopefully.
