I think I would either go to the Manor/LH or to the Burnet/San Marcos (in San Marcos). Both games should be good ones. But then you are going the Reagan/Burnet game the next week.....so stay with the Manor/LH game.

Of course, depending upon what type of food you like. Hobo Depot has what is reported to be the best Chicken Fried Steak in Texas. Margarita's or El Tabasco are great choices for Mexican food. Mike's or Don's either are good for barbeque. There's other places as well.

How about El Tabasco? It's on Hwy 29, not far from the football field & will probably be the least crowded before the game. They have great food. (As long as you don't mind a couple of rug rats!) I almost forgot...anyone coming with you? I'll get there around 5:30 or so, but want to make sure I get a big enough table.
