Yeah, there was a real serious injury. The starting RB for Rice got injured, and it stopped play for 20 minutes.

rice has a great defense.our defense played the best game we have played this yr. rice scored with 9 minures left in 4th quarter to make it 10-0. yoakum scored with about 5 minutes left to ,make it 10-7. they held rice and rice punted to our 15 yd. line. yoakum completed several passes and then scored with 1:20 left. yoakum picked off a pass and ran it in for a t.d. to complete the scoring.

That's a heart breaker for the Raiders. Hopefully the Raiders can rebound and learn from this loss, and pull out a W next week. Great win Yoakum, goodluck to both teams next week. Keep your head up Raiders, it's just one loss

they have an excellent defense that is very quick. they have a great kicking game and play ball control. yoakum was probably the toughest competion they had seen this yr. they had been way ahead in 4th qt. in there first 2 games and needed this type of game to get ready for dist. they will be very good when dist. starts.

From what I hear, he suffered a neck sprain along with spasms, and is going to be okay. If this info is correct, he is a very lucky young man.
