Wow, Perryton got waxed. Canadian is usually strong, but no way the number one team in 3A should get beat like that.

perryton was over rated...this will make a lot of people who had them ranked low VERY happy, hehe...

I thought all along that people who had Perryton in the top 10 were a little....misguided

To answer your question...both. I thought we were rated way too high, but Canadian has a darn good team. They also played near perfect football. No turnovers and only one penalty for 5 yards.
This is one of those games that it wouldn't matter what the teams' records are, it can go either way. Canadian played a whale of game. Every time Perryton would start to get something going, Canadian would make a big play or have somehow to answer back. I give the Wildcats all the credit. They played like champs tonight, and desevred the victory. They have a pretty darn good football team too. It's one of the best I have seen in a few years. Just for the record though. Perryton leads the series something like 35-16, and had won the last 4 in a row. I love good clean, hard football, and that is what this game has always been.
