Not Football Related - Need Prayers

Fellow Christian Posters:

For those that don't know me I am a Criminal Justice Professor at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. One of my students lost his son on Monday in action in Iraq. Please keep him and his family in your prayers as his son was only 20 years old. I can't even imagine the pain that they feel.

My student's name is Lanny and his son's name is Lamont.

Prayers for comfort for Lanny and everlasting peace for Lamont. He certainly died nobly. I ache for his family, but am grateful for Lamont's courage and the gift he gave to all of us. We can't begin to understand, that is why God gave us faith.
