excellent win Stangs. I knew Hooks and co. wouldn't easily be beaten twice in a row. Way to bounce back from a defeat against a tough opponent.

Nederland had 5 touchdowns and missed 5 extra points. Lost by 2. Great game. Wo-s is comming around. I don't know about Bay City. Lets hope for the best.

WOS and BC have played some classics last few years. Should be an excellent game. Where is it being played this year?

I know one thing BC is dern good in the Dome. Like a 2nd home to them.

We play Bay City in Pearland Saturday night. It's going to be a barn burner.

We still had some problems tonight, but NED is a very good 4A team that will go far this year. They ran into some problems covering our receivers, but in all fairness, our QB was on tonight. He stood in the pocket, took some licks, but delivered the ball very well tonight. He really led the team and looked a lot better than last week. Defensively, we improved, but we still have a long way to go before we're where we should be. We won the game on special teams, though. We ran back a kickoff; blocked a PAT; converted all our PATs; and had a great punt late in the game. The team played with a ton of heart and, despite being down and almost out early in the game, they never gave up. I was super-proud of the team's effort tonight. They really earned a hard-fought victory.

I felt like Ned would score 40 and I didn't plan on the offense having a breakout game. I was wrong on both accounts and WO-S gets a win. Good luck with Bay City.

Great job Mustangs! This just shows to everyone the power of WOS. You just beat one of the top tier 4a teams in Texas. :)

Thanks! We still had too many mistakes, but the team played hard for 48 minutes and did what it took to win. NED is a very good 4A program, and beating a team of that caliber certainly will do a lot for WOS.
