What do you guys think about this match-up?
I know CC is usually tough and K-ville is looking pretty good.
So what do u guys think?

I'm going with the Cats. K-ville is looking pretty good so far.

I think Kirbyville will be a little to tough for Corrigan but I know Corrigan will show up with their A-game. Good luck Cats.

This should be a good test for Kirbyville to see where they are at this point. CC is usually a pretty speedy team

CC is way down on the list. I can't get anyone to give a K-ville schedule. I hope its not a cream-puff pre-district, then the wheels fall off like last year. I would love to see them win a bunch.:D

Looking a lot better this year. Hope you a a successful, injury free season. Wish you would still play us. Maybe in two years.:D

Corrigan is a little slower this year than years past but they run a disciplined program and the kids play hard. They gave it away last week against Center and will have some trouble with Kirbyville's speed.

The will definitely try to run it down Kirbyville's throat so the 'Cats better be ready for a physical game up front.

Good luck.

CC has always been a tough, scrappy team and I don't think this yr will be any different. Kirbyville's running attack will be the difference.

I have no problem with the picks over CC, but I don't think it will be a runaway. CC has the tradition of winning and kirbyville doesn't. Expect a close one.

Yeah, no doubt. No chance K-ville beats CC by more than 2 TDs. And if they get too comfortable b/c they are playing a 2A squad at home, they will lose.

I believe Kirbyville will win by 2 or more tds. I can't see corrigan scoring many points on this Kirbyville defense with their power game. The wildcat defense is too fast and too experienced. They are a little undersized and that could be a problem, but I just dont believe so. Corrigan had a real tough time last week stopping Center's offense and they run an offense similar to k-ville's but not nearly as good. Good luck to the cats and hopefully an injury free game.

I guess we'll see, but everytime I watch Corrigan play a speed/finesse team, they dominate the line of scrimmage. No doubt K-ville will score some points, but they aren't exactly making CC go 3 and out either. If CC puts the ball on the ground 5 times like they did last week, that's a different story, but they will hang. They aren't Cleveland...I'll say that.

Good friend of mine coaches at CC and they thought they had a good shot at this one. Went about like I thought it would. Kirbyville has a good team this year. CC is a bit down from where they were when the Foreman were there but they still will be all anyone in 2A can handle. They will be in the mix in region III 2A when all is said and done.

It's going to be a short playoff run for the Wildcats if that is all they have to offer. It was a great comeback and the kids showed heart but they were manhandled until Corrigan ran out of gas in the second half. But playing with only 15 kids on a muggy night in September will do that to a team.
