Sinton was state champions in baseball in 2001. Sinton also won the boys' basketball state championship in 1994 I believe and were back to back state champions in baseball in 1988 and 1999. In addition the decathlone (spelling?) won three state championships in a row from 1994 to 1996 (I think).
