False Terror Alarm in D.C.

Was caused by teens when a boy pulled on a girl's chain around her neck that contained a container of tear gas in a restaurant I believe. Just kids' horseplay. This caused a reaction of authorities and ambulances showing up. Fortunately it was a false alarm and no one appears to have been seriously injured I hope. It goes to show what the Sinton GodFather said regarding students and schools (and probably elsewhere too) "No one should be touched who doesn't want to be touched."
