Gilmer Buckeyes vs Gladewater Bears.

Both school colors are Orange and Black.

Only 13 miles separate the two towns and you can bet there will be a full house whenever they play. Used to be that GW was the top team but Gilmer has ruled the series from the 90's thru last year.

LHMom, If we had the same history as Burnet/MF it would rank right up there. I love the Burnet/LH rivalry, but my parents/coaches/friends etc. instilled in me as a child to hate Marble Falls, and it took.:D I can't wait to get a crack at them this year, I just wished we would've got to play them the past 5 years or so.

Burnet/LH is a friendly rivalry, but intense on game night. The difference is, after the Burnet/LH game, I'll root for the Panthers throughout the playoffs, I've never rooted for MF and never will.:)
