Soccer A Communist Sport!!??

For those of you that think so I hope you watched the USA women's soccer team's gold medal ceremony last night! If you will notice they did one thing no other USA gold medal winner did this year and that is really sing out when the USA national anthem was played. Sure they were off key but at least they sang it out with loud with pride.

You got me Phil...I did see the medal ceremony and was rather touched to see those young ladies sing the National Anthem with pride. I didn't care if they were off key, they were proud to be Americans, if only for that moment.

Where has that been from the rest of our athletes?

I just had a feeling these women bring back the gold. What a fine bunch of young women...thank goodness they kept their shirts on!!!
