This Thursdays meal will be homemade tortallini with garlic bread. washed down with iced tea and followed by sopapilla cheesecake. My my my..by the way what are you guys eating at the dorm tonight?:devil:

im having an 'Uncle Ben's Rice Bowl' lol..thats all ive been eating for almost TWO weeks now...but ive lost 7 pounds lol...:clap:

i had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, a roll, and some quesadillas tonight at my dorm.....i normally dont eat that much but it was 5 o'clock and i hadnt ate yet....it was good mm mmm

Lol not really.. it's actually just like eating pure protein all the time.... Atkins and low fat kicked in to high gear. Last time I did it I lost about 15 in a week and a half but that's with a LOT of running and weights.
