I hope that this year I will be as successful as last year. Last year I picked 2 UIL State Champions and 4 Private School Champions. I was excited that I had 5 of the 10 UIL preseason picks in still playing going into the state finals, and all 6 of the private preseason picks also in the finals. I also had 13 of the 16 total preseason state picks going into the semifinals. This will be hard to match but fun trying, so here are my 2004 preseason state picks.
