I think the possibility of rolling a 12 with three dice is 14 in 54...or 7 in 27 but I may be wrong.

OK,

I did the first one. Somebody else can do the other two.

There are three dice so there are 216 different possible rolls. Even though some of the rolls will produce the same result, for instance rolling a 1 a 2 and a 3 can be done three ways, there are still 216 different rolls that can be achieved with three dice.

There are 14 different ways to roll a 12 with three dice, they are listed below.

6 5 1 can be rolled six ways
6 4 2 can be rolled six ways
6 3 3 can be rolled three ways
5 5 2 can be rolled three ways
5 4 3 can be rolled six ways
4 4 4 can only be rolled one way

for a total of 25 different ways out of 216 possible combinations to roll a 12 with three dice.

25 in 216 is the answer.

somebody else do the other two.

There are 25 possible ways to roll a 12 with 3 dice, out of 216 total possible rolls.

1-5-6, 1-6-5, 2-4-6, 2-5-5, 2-6-4, 3-3-6, 3-4-5, 3-5-4, 3-6-3, 4-2-6, 4-3-5, 4-4-4, 4-5-3, 4-6-2, 5-1-6, 5-2-5, 5-3-4, 5-4-3, 5-5-2, 5-6-1, 6-1-5, 6-2-4, 6-3-3, 6-4-2, 6-5-1

Probability is 25/216.

There are 125 possible ways (not listed for brevity) to roll a 16 with 4 dice, out of 1296 total possible rolls. Probability is 125/1296.

There is one possible way (all ones) to roll a 5 with 5 dice, out of 7776 total possible rolls. Probability is 1/7776.

Actually the first one is 25 out of 216. I gave it some more thought and went back and edited mine.

I thought about this today at the golf course after I had answered earlier. Oh well.
