1) How many birthdays does the average man have? 1

2) A man that lives in NYC wants to be buried west of the mississippi, but can't. Why not? Because he is still alive although thats not really stopping him from being buried

3) A house is built with 4 sides, 4 of the 4 sides face south. A bear walks by, what color is the bear? White, since all sides face south, its built on the north pole, and the only types of bear in the north pole are polar bears.

4) A rooster lays an egg on the top of a tin roof, which side does the egg roll down? It doesn't roosters are the males of the species, therefore cannot lay eggs.

5) What ceature has 4 legs when its born, 2 legs when its young, and 3 legs when its old? (in some cases) Human, Crawling Infant(hands and knees), walking youth (both feet), decrepit elder (with a cane, but now a days there are wheels).

The Navasota Scrimmage against Cleveland got postponed due to the 2 inches of rain they got, so I have to get ready to play tomorrow. Goodnight and, if you got these wrong, don't worry, neither did alot of my classmates.

I agree, those were a easy...my mind went to a wrong place at first in that 5th question but I slapped myself out of it for the win.

Their easier now, because your reading them, so its easier to catch yourself because you can take it in. To read them you have to pay attention. It's harder when your listening to the question, but keep in mind also, its not always the challenging questions that are the hardest to answer, it's the obvious.

Makes sense... I was watching 'The Weakest Link' earlier and they had gotten like 6 questions right in a row... Then Sheryl Swoops was next and that annoying foreign lady says "How many hours are in a day"...

Swoops: "Uhhhh......Uhhhhhhhh.... Uhhhh...24"

A cat falls into a well 30 feet deep. Every day the cat climbs up 3 feet and every night the cat slips back down 2 feet. Up 3, down 2. How many days does it take to get out of the well?

Try 28. After 27 days he has climbed up 27 feet. On the 28th day he climbs up the last 3 feet and gets out!

One more and I'm going to bed.

A man is walking on the square in Downtown Victoria at 6:00 one evening. The bell on the clock in the courthouse starts to strike 6. He looks at his watch and notices that it takes exactly 6 seconds to strike 6. He doesn't think much about it until the next day at lunch. He hears the clock start to strike 12 and he looks at his watch again but it doesn't take 12 seconds to strike 12. How long does it take and why?

11 seconds because it was already striking when he looked?

When a clock strikes, the strike is instantaneous. What you are really measuring is the interval between strikes. When the clock struck 6 you have 5 pauses. 6 seconds for five intervals equals 1 1/5 seconds per interval. When the clock struck 12 there were 11 intervals. 11 times 1 1/5 seconds equals 13 1/5 seconds to strike 12.

This was an old statistics question I had on a test. You just have to think of what it is you are measuring.
