Rick Perry, Drayton McLane and Dan Gattis were in Cameron for the dedication of our new High School on Sunday.
A couple of months ago the Gov was invited to this dedication and our principle got back a package from the gov's office giving his regrets. The principle went dirtectly to the superintendent's office and he called Drayton. Within the hour they got a phone call from the gov's office letting them know that the gov would be attending. It must be nice to have that kind of pull.
