I need help...

My computer has a Virus and Norton Antivirus is unable to delete it and i cant get rid of the pop up that says i have a virus... i have the viris W32.HLLW.Cult@mm. it says its a mailing thing that u get in ur email saying "ubject: Hi, I sent you an eCard from BlueMountain.com

If you're using windows, contact their website and see if they have a cure for it.

If you find ur virus it should have directions on how to delete it.

when they tell u what files do delete i dont see half of the ones they say delete!!

copy them down exactly, then from the startup menus do a "Find" on the ones you don't see.

After talking to kyle we figured out that my dad is the reason i have the virus!!! LOL he will never get on my computer again without me being present!!!!.... Thanks yall so much Kyle and 66
