Do any of you know whether there is any construction on HWY 180 from Seminole to LaMesa or on State Hwy 137 from LaMesa to Stanton? I'm traveling up that way this weekend and would appreciate any heads up on detours or construction. Thanks in advance.

I have no idea!! I do know that 137 and I-20 were under construction for while at the overpass in Stanton.

I never go to Lamesa that way, so I can't really tell you.

I went to Seminole twice in the past month, I never ran into any road construction, but I didn't travel Hwy 180 either.

I was a bunch of help....wasn't I????:p

I dont know the answer to your question...but I was shocked to see a highway out West of Andrews that has a 75 MPH speed limit.

There is one east of Andrews too....maybe the same one.

I think it is 176 or something! That's the way we go to the Seminole games!

When I lived out there, you had to go hwy 80 thru Odessa, or I- 20 around Odessa. Don't know if it still that way or not.

I don't know if you were talking to me or not, but to get to Seminole I don't go through either Midland OR Odessa.

I just head North out of Greenwood on 1090 and hit hwy 176, I believe it is. You can either go all the way into Andrews on the road, or turn on 1788 which is the old "telephone road" and hit Seminole that way. The latter is the way we always take!
