the rangers just beat detroit 5-4 at detroit the last i heard oakland was beating the yank's 13-4 in the top of the ninth.

Rangers need Oakland and the Red Sox to go on a losing streak.
This is a crucial time for the Rangers, as they play some "easier" teams than the A's this week.

Yes. It was amazing to watch those games against the A's and Angels. It seemed like they were destined to lose. Guys from the other teams were having career pitching nights against them...

looks like tonight was one of the nights we needed! 8-0 win coupled with a Red Sox loss to the Devil Rays and an A-rod homer to beat the A's...best thing Alex has ever done for the Rangers organization.:devil:
