It's sorgum...it got up to 11 feet tall in that particular patch, and we had another that was between 9-10 feet tall and another smaller pasture that was just 8 feet tall. We use approx. 24 acres for our hay, and we have 100 overall. Our yard is 5 acres of that....:( .....it takes forever to mow.
