I know I'm a bit late on this but how far did Rockdale get last year?

Just FYI - My English teacher my junior year was originally from Rockdale. She's been teaching at Gainesville for a good while.

We made it to the first round of the playoffs. We lost our star running back Jamal Williams early in the first quarter, so we never really got our offense going after that.

What was the teacher's name?

Oh, I don't think she ever taught at Rockdale. She did graduate from there in the 70's (?) and her dad was superintended back in the day. They moved to Gainesville years ago (late 70's early 80's) and have lived there ever since.
