What 3-A players will be there?

I know from Greenwood, Kris Hatley is playing in the basketball game tonight. From what the paper said he is the only one from this area (in ALL classifications) to be playing, and is also the only one to be picked among all the 3-A players to make it to the state tournement. (I can't believe Gainesville or Kountze wouldn't have some players there).

Greenwood's Brian Zachary (#20) will be playing in tomorrow nights football game. If what I heard is true, he will be starting at the safety position.

Anybody else I should be watching for?

Thanks Zeke!!

I was looking at some of the names that replaced some of those who dropped out.

I see that Kelby Kemper from Coahoma is playing now.....he is from my old alma mater.

It also shows the Brian Zackry is undecided, but that isn't correct, he is definately going to Texas Tech!!

Tiger WR, my 1st sentence was....The game will be televised live tonite at 7:30 PM on Fox Southwest.

RangerMom, I wonder if these kids that said undecided were kids that haven't received full rides somewhere and were hoping to catch the eye of some college coach watching the game tonite. With college starting in about 3 weeks, the kids going to college would have picked out a college somewhere by now. I'm sure these kids were given a profile to fill out...with so many saying undecided, it does make you wonder.

I'll be sure to watch John Sadler and Travis Schneider since I played against them!

All of the North Team receivers were awesome. I don't believe there was a drop the entire night. Amendola (The Woodlands)
and McBath (Gainesville) were the primary receivers...mostly the short underneath stuff. I would say these 2 both had about 6-7 receptions for the night for around 60-70 yards each. The playmaker though was Nathan Jones from Texarkana Texas High who caught several bombs for TD's. I would say he had 4-5 receptions for well over 100 yards. Greshman (FM Marcus) had a nice catch along the sideline for aound 10 yards and a 10 yard TD catch in the end zone where Bomar threaded the needle between 2 defenders.
As they said last night "Bomar is the real deal!!" A precision passer with pinpoint accuracy and touch. Harrell from Ennis was very good as well but was upstaged by Bomar last night.
