D.R. Hooks, Xman is claiming that you stole his signature from another board and are using it here. Cyber ethics dictate that you must receive permission to use someones signature. What do you think your penalty should be??:thinking: ;) :p

Xman or anyone else, what do YOU think the penalty should be?:D

That's OK. I legally stole it from somewhere else! You can use the gang tackle thing to, if you want.

In fact, I think he should have to display the "WOS We Will Pursue, We WILL Gang Tackle" PLUS the helmet, at the bottom of his posts!!

X-man, while we appreciate your willingness to be lenient with the perpetrator. His crime is not only against you, but also against our Cyber Society as a whole. The manor in which this crime will be dealt is no longer of your discretion. Sorry!!:(

However, you do have some interesting ideas...;)

1) I did not steal or get the idea from X-Man. I stole the idea from other users of this site, such as CHS_Grad '85 who post their logo.

2) If I am convicted of stealing the helmet, then X-Man should go down in flames with me for his post on the other internet site previously mentioned.

3) I emailed the webmaster of the internet site which I got the helmet, asking where he got the helmet or if created it himself. I told him I wanted to post the helmet on another site. There was nothing on his internet site I could find that said I could not use the logo.

4) When the webmaster was asked whether he had a problem with me posting the logo on another web site, I got not response.


So since he I haven't heard otherwise, I've been posting away....

This concludes my testimony.
