TABC Final Basketball Polls (from 12-24-03) - A Complaint

I still don't understand why Gainesville wasn't ranked when they went to State, yet again??? I guess it was because they didn't have a stellar record. But that was because they started late due to football and because they played teams like Dallas Lincoln and Lancaster right off the bat. But you'd think they would at least get some votes.

I know this is old but I just saw this on the DMN website.

Region I is gonna be kinda hard. (And Gainesville is used to Region II where everything is hard. EVERYTHING!)

Gainesville, Midl. Greenwood, Graham, Vernon, Abilene Wylie, Canyon all in the top 25 at the end of the year.

Mexia ranked #4 we beat them in non district and then lost to them in one of our three buzzer beater district losses at home! I wish we would have had another chance at them in the playoffs instead of madisonville!
