Marlin was "supposed" to win state the last 4 or 5 years and it has yet to happen.

Can't wait to see what the people from Gville have to say about that.

some statements are so dumb that they don't need a response.

Smith is not even the best back on Marlin's TEAM - The QB is better.

is the person who posted this... hmm let me see.... maybe tank smith? anyone else wondering that?

no offense dude, but that is like sayin that shaka harris or john chiles are the best at their postion... you cant sy who is the best at something untill they have beaten the best or proved that they are the best. ill admit he is the best back in 04 if he has the best stats out of all districts and divisions at the end of the season.

Tank Smith is good. I am no expert, but it will take a lot more than just Tank Smith to get that trophy and ring. Just think...he had injuries last year....it could happen again this year. It is always a good practice to not count your chickens before they hatch...or in this case before the eggs are laid.

Terrius Purvey of G'ville and Charles Huffman of Rice are better than Tank. That's just my opinion.

We'll leave the 4.4 alone... but has anyone measured the body fat on Tank?

yes 5'6, 210 does seem a bit pudgy unless he's solid muscle and even then, he'd have to be quite stout as I've seen guys who are huge muscle wise and 5'6-5'7 but weigh 165-180

5'6 210 lbs???? man no offense, but he must resemble a gorrilla....210 pounds is alot of weight when cramming it into a sub-6foot stature, ESPECIALLY 5'6....one of those stats has to be off

i agree, i could believe a 4.7 or 4.8 forty time but not 4.4. thats alot of weight to start movin that quickly, it should take a lil bit more time to get that much weight moving, i run a 4.8 and i weigh around 215 now
