Sans Couth

The first five teams

Borger
Lindale
Jasper
Barbers Hill &
Somerset

Will probably go Division 2 in the playoffs, yet they have ADM's over 800

The second six teams

Seminole
West
Gladewater
Mexia
Wimberley &
Sinton

Will probably go Division 1 in the playoffs, yet they have ADM's under 650

I don't know if this will be bad or good for Sinton but Ingleside may pass them in school population in two years. Two years ago Sinton was about 71 students ahead of Ingleside then this year at the count Sinton just beat them by 8 students. If Ingleside grows anymore there is a good chance that Ingleside may pass Sinton. This would mean if Ingleside and Sinton make the playoffs then Sinton will be in Division 2. I don't think any other teams in the district will pass them at the next count. Of course you never know what UIL is going to do.

Hopefully with Coach Hesseltine in Ingleside he can bring them back to playoff form (like Skidmore-Tynan) and in 2 years Ingleside can be the Div. I representative. :D JMO

Heh heh, Ingleside finally wised up and hired a Sinton grad as their coach.;)

Actually 66 it wasn't the first time they did. They hired one in the 80s sometime and he caught Sinton at a bad time and actually beat his home town in homecoming and even went to the homecoming dance lol. I don't remember who he was or how long he stayed in Ingleside.

"Heh heh, Ingleside finally wised up and hired a Sinton grad as their coach."

You have hit the nail on the head. Coach Hesslestine is a very dynamic young man, Sinton upbringing I suppose. He has breathed alot of life into the program and the kids have responded tremendously. Turnout and attitude have made a 180 degreee about face and is now headed in the right direction.
I really can't say enough about him, talk to him alot, and he is just is a good young coach.

I've known his parents all of my adult life, and they are great people. Graig is a fine young man indeed. I predict good things for the Ingleside program under his leadership.
