Your picks look good Matthew. Gonzales just might edge out Edna in 26-3A for third.

27 3-A looks very realastic, I think Brady has a good chance to bump Bandera out of that #3 slot though.

That couldn't be any further from the truth...there is no way Raymondville will come in 5th place next season new coach or not. And what does Hidalgo have coming back that will make there season turn around? Last year we beat them 45-0!

Well guys, we'll just see what happens; that's how I see it right now. Raymondville will only have Wolf coming back and that won't be enough to beat Lyford. As far as Hidalgo, I just have this feeling about them, that's all. And as far as Hidalgo losing to Raytown, that was last year; Ray had alot riding on that game and they had to win, and they did win with an exclamation mark.

We'll Raymondville has more coming back than just Wolfe, he just the person the spotlight is on...we've beaten Lyford plenty of time without Wolfe so I'm sure we will be victorious against the Bulldogs now that they have lost there star in Kirskey.

Ok if you say so Oz, also IMO I think Arron Infante is the better RB than Kirskey.

Hmm....so you all beat Hidalgo last season 45-0.

In 2002, Port Isabel beat Lyford by that same 45-0 score.
In 2003, Lyford beats Port Isabel.

Just because you blow out a particular team one season doesn't mean it going to happen again next season. See above example.

The 2002 team from Lyford was nothing compared to the team they had last year...and as of yet, I haven't heard that next years Hidalgo team is gonna be extremely stong, if you have any insider info please share. The Lyford - PI game was a mental loss on yalls behalf...everyone knows the players were talking about the next week. And just to correct myself we beat Hidalgo 47-0 last year. But I agree next year is gonna be a whole new year so I hope everyone overlooks us.

watch out for bandera, they may edge out wimberly this year, but they are mostly juniors and will have a better year next year.

I don't see why no one has put Sinton for last place this year. Look at the tough competition. Aransas Pass - always a good team from way back and they have lots of good players back. Ingleside - with a dynamic new coach coming this makes it tougher for Sinton to get to the playoffs. Mathis - Mathis is mad after not beating Sinton the past few years and with a new coach they will be determined. Of course Goliad who will be determined to follow up their success they have had in this district. Tough to get in the playoffs with those four teams. :(
