Gainesville's Schedule 2004

I don't think Matthew had this, so if you did then I apologize in advance. I'm back home in Gainesville for a few days and read in the GDR the new football schedule. They didn't give the dates, however.


Sept. 4 - San Antonio Antonian - at Killeen or Temple
at Decatur
at Royse City
Forney
Iowa Park
Sanger
Whitesboro
Pottsboro
at Pilot Point
at Bowie



Once again, I don't know the dates so this may NOT be the correct order of play.

Just a little note - the SA Antonian game was supposed to be played in Waco but the site (I'm guessing Waco ISD stadium???) fell through. So should the game site be either Killeen or Temple, it will give those who never get to see Gainesville play a chance to watch them in action first hand.

I would love to see a Gainesville vs WOS matchup in week 15 at Texas Stadium or Reliant, but a whole bunch of things have to happen first.

Decatur and Gainesville should be a good one. Decatur will be slingin' the ball around with Chandler Dane back for his senior year.

That would be a good game, but with all the hard work outs and kids quitting at WOS I don't know if they will have enough kids to field a team. j/k:D :D

Decatur should be a force this year. I don't think they have gotten their due this preseason.
