bc, I think this is going to be one of those games. Every time you have two power houses go at it, it gets physical. I am glad coach Hooks chose such a vigerous pre district. Because of playing teams like Bay City, it will make us that much better due to the level of competition and overall strenghth of opponents. I always look forward to the Bay City game. This year will be no different.

The game is on 9/11 in Pearland, and it promises to be a great one. Bay City always brings everything to the table, they're a talented team, and they have great coaching. The game always has a great atmosphere, and fans have been treated to some real defensive gems over the years (I agree 2000 was probably the best in the series, though). Both teams have a lot of respect for each other, and it really shows on the field. Win or lose, I really believe both teams get a lot out of playing each other. Funny thing is, I can say pretty much the same thing about the rest of our predistrict schedule, as well -- WOS has some quality opponents lined up and it's going to be a fun year.
