Don't know much about this guy, hope he's the "real deal". Lost Nelms to Wimberley, also had one coach retire, one go w/ Nelms, one to San Antonio, and one to Austin.

Nelms took Monty Pierce w/him, running back coach in Glen Rose, dunno what he'll do there. Coach Dick Smith has been with Nelms' for 13 yrs., he stayed in Glen Rose.

I like this guy, the kids say he has a fresh attitude and they are pumped about playing for him. We'll see, but we're gonna take those prayers too!

I like the guy, he knows his football. He has gotten a bad rep from Alvarado, but you can't help but get a bad rep from their fans.
