Check some of the local hospitals and see if they offer this course. My wife took a course at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. It is a two year course and you go year round, but you don't have to take as many basic courses that you would have to take at a college and it is very hands on. While she was taken the course she was trained at the Heart Cath Lab of the hospital also and when she gradutated she went to work in the Cath Lab at a hospital and she likes it better than X-Ray, plus the money is better in the Cath Lab. Check it out and see if that is something you may want to do.
