Some of you may not watch Dawn at Socorro on TCM this Thursday starting at 8:30 A.M. but you probably will always know there is a movie by that name!! :)

But if you don't watch it or record it or get someone to record it for you then you better hope I don't get to ask any trivia questions because if you watch it you will know the answer to my questions but if not then you won't get it and no hints this time. :)

It is now coming day after tomorrow on Thursday. Be sure to watch it or record it if you can't watch it. If you have to get someone to record it for you.!

Getting closer! Be sure to watch Alex Nicol's performance but the rest of the cast is very good especially Edgar Buchannan as the Sheriff of Socorro. Alex Nicol's performance is outstanding as the gunfighter Jimmy Rapp who has a sense of honor. His scene at the first part of the movie when he fails to be able to aid his adopted family in their shootout with Rory Calhoun will leave you devastated even though he is the villian. And the conversation between Nicol, Piper Laurie and Calhoun on the stagecoach to Socorro ride in the middle of the movie right after Lee Van Cleff tries to ambush Calhoun is devastating. Truly a great movie! Be sure to watch!
