Whenever I try to go to certain websites this happens

It just started happening one day after I got home from a baseball tournament. I have already scanned for spyware and I know I am spelling the sites right. Is there something else I can do?


and take a look at the URL's of the wbesite after I typed them in. I did not type the underlined parts thay just appeared there
