Kareem Rush was huge last night hitting 6 from down town. Now we have to wait and see who they will play. I hope its Detroit just because it will renew the old La and Detroit rivalry from the late 80's.

Funny how the Lakers started to lose their composure by getting 3 techinical fouls yet they are the veteran team. Even in defeat, the T-Wolves showed lots of class. I just wish Sam Cassell would've been healthy. He sure would have helped them put some points on the board.

The Lakers may have lost their composure, but the Wolves lost the series. :D

Beginning to hate the Lakers as much as the Yankees, and I never thought that was possible. It will never happen, but I would love for Detroit to shut them down, and have them break up after this year with no title.

No, because they buy championships. They are in major markets that can afford them the best talent.

Jasper how do they buy championships? Unlike baseball, basketball has a salary cap. Karl Malone and Gary Payton took pay cuts to come to LA. Its not like they offered them a lot more money than other teams did.

i agree with jasperdog and bellville. i hate the yankees and the lakers and i dont care who wins it any year as long as its not one of those two teams

Yea, Malone and Payton made their money, and now that they're near the end of their careers, they take huge pay cuts to come to LA, so Shaq and Kobe can win one for them.
