I visited the ER last night. . .

because being the dumb butt that i am.. i strained and or pulled some tendons in my throwing arm. I was there for hours to only find out that i didnt break anything. I spent the entire night in the ER... only to know that i may not be able to play softball for the rest of the calendar year seeing as how my arm is swollen.

Thank goodness you are relatively okay. Visiting the ER can be a lot worse. Sitting out of the rest of a season is better than sitting out of the rest of your life!
