Softball - Wharton 1 Yoakum 0 - The Unfinished Business Tour Continues

Wharton and Yoakum played a great game tonight in Weimar. Yoakum smacked the ball hard all night but hit right at folks. Wharton pushed across a run and made it hold up with tough pitching and great defense. Wharton will make a return trip to Austin, working to finish the "Unfinished Business". Congrats to Yoakum on a great year and a classy, hard-fightin' team. Good Luck Lady Tigers!

Congrats to Wharton Lady Tigers, on their way to state again this year. Great all around game on thursday, Yoakum was a really good team.
Does anyone know who Wharton will play yet?

Wharton will play Caldwell Thursday night @ 7:30. Wharton will be visitors. GO LADY TIGERS!

I've heard Caldwell has a good pitcher, I think they've only allowed one run in the playoffs, but does anyone know anything about the rest of their team. Should be a good game considering Wharton has only allowed two runs in the playoffs, and they've been here before.
