I am amazed at some of these ratings. Like, how could they almost drop Bridge City totally off the list? :rolleyes: Or, Hudson who took No. 2 Lorena to a third game, and beat Jasper twice is way down the list at 16th. Oh well, it should all be good for some conversation.

Unfortunately, polls are mostly "what have you done for me lately".
For Lubbock Cooper and Princeton to drop like they did is also misleading about what kind of seasons they put together overall.

I know how you feel J but these are just opinions and they are not always right and one's opinion is just as good as another's. Fortunately the final state champion is determined on the field of play in 3A baseball. It is sometimes too bad that some great teams don't get to go to state because of scheduling with other top teams early in the playoffs but it still beats having opinions decide who is tops such as BCS or whoever it is. I was puzzled that Falfurrias didnt' make the list.
