Moderators, question about Meet & Greet

I was just wondering if it might be possible to send a general email to all our members notifing them of the dates and details of the meet and greet at Inks. I notice that there are many members that basicly havent been around since December and may not have heard about it. It might get us a bigger response if they could actually be emailed (especially if there is a way to keep the message from going into their bulk box). I understand that this might be a lot of trouble, but just and idea. We could also use this email to notify those that havent tuned in about the new 4A site. I was just wondering.:thinking:

We can probably get Matthew to do that. That's a good idea to combine both announcements. I just sent him a pm about it.;)

Nope, haven't recieved it there either. I wish there was a way to keep them from ending up in the bulk bin, many people don't even check their bulk, just delete it. :(
