Anyone know the story behind this? Looks like Jasper is going to get a W out of this.

Jasper 18This is old news. It was reported extensively the week after the game. PNG turned themselves in and took the forfeit. But, no big deal. Jasper knows they lost on the field. It changes nothing but the paper record. The player was a reserve, and reportedly played only a couple plays toward the end of the game. Actually it was a very similar deal to last year where Jasper used a reserve on a couple kick-offs against Newton and had to forfeit the game.

There is at least one, maybe more threads on this if anyone cares to go back a few weeks.
