Heard a rumor that they may try to play this game tonight in Brenham. Is there any truth to that???

I live just south of Brenham, it's rained today, and appears to still be raining that way, however I believe we may be catching a break here soon in about 45 min to an hour. I also know that field is in tremendous shape and I would imagine drains well.

Please post any info/updates ASAP. Thanks.

According to KPRC (channel 2) the following weather advisories are in effect for Washington County:

Flood watch until 7:00 p.m.

Flood warning for Brazos and Navasota Rivers until midnight

Tornado watch until 6:00 p.m.

I think you may be watching the "Frasier" series finale tonight, 22.

This was on the BH sports report.

The baseall game is at 6:30 tonight

Baseball will play at a complex known as Baseball USA. It is located off of Beltway 8 on the west side of Houston. The address is 2626 W. Sam Houston Parkway North.

It has been raining pretty much all day here in Houston, although I just spoke with my wife in Katy who says that although it did rain earlier, the weather is holding.
If you are coming from BH and you are reading this message, you need to take a Northern Route to Beltway 8 or you will miss most of the game. If you try to take I-10, you get to deal with the Katy Freeway rush hour traffic....and that ain't pretty.

I just called Baseball USA and they said the field was too wet to play. He said the teams were going to Bay City, but heard that was also cancelled.

How bout a marathon at the dome Sat. I say teams just show up at 8 am, and start playin' til everyone's done. Would be a great place for a meet 'n' greet as well!

The Astrodome would be nice BUT they are not hosting playoff baseball games this year.....The guy who runs it would have made a killin'.......

I have no clue. That is just the word I got. I think it may be just in case something goes wrong with that field it gives them time to find another one.

No, my friend from Navasota spoke to some of the players. Sorry, I don't have any details or stats.

Congrats to BH, and congrats to Navasota on a great season. They certainly have that program turned around. The Rattlers should be a force for years to come.

ROY, we'd love to see you supporting the Bulls and Cards, gotta represent D23.
