Falfurrias beat Pearsall, i don't know the score. But Sinton beat Orange Grove 5-4. So Sinton will play Falfurrias, i don't know where they will play yet though.

I just heard from pirate4state who said Sinton will next play Devine Friday at 8:00 pm at Cabaness field in Corpus.

Thank you for the news Sintonfbplayer04 and Sinton 66 and Pirate! Let's hope the weather will be much better next Friday so the game can be played. I have heard that Cabaness Field has great drainage.

I think Pirate is right about Sinton playing Devine. I think it will be Falfurrias against Bishop. Falfurrias and Bishop are only 42 miles apart so maybe they ought to consider flipping for home field if they got good fields. Bishop has a good field. I don't know about Falfurrias.

Phil, sorry you were unable to make the game! After all that rain it was a beautiful day in Laredo! It was in the mid-80's. As the score indicates this was a pretty good game. Those Lady Bulldogs just kept coming back. They hit the ball pretty well and found those holes, but luckly they were 1 run short! :) Congrats to the Lady Pirates for finding a way to win. AREA CHAMPS!! :thumbsup:

As I reported to Sinton66 earlier, the game will be on Friday, 5/14, vs. Devine @ 8p.m. in Corpus at Cabaniss field!! Yippee - lets pray that rain doesn't wreak havoc again next weekend! :cool:
