Can the Spurs win three in a row against the LA Lakers? They have tied their team record of winning 17 straight games but can they break that record in LA and get a 3 - 0 edge? Plus Jack Nicolson will be there cheering his LA team on. That increases the risk. We will see.

I would settle for the refs keeping Jack off the court. You know that if you or I stepped on to the court, we'd have had an escort out to our cars. :D

There's a good chance LA will get a win Sunday. If they do, look for SA to play harder the next game.:)

ihope the spurs beat the lakers, i have always disliked the lakers since they were so unstoppable a few yrs back, i dont think any professional team should be that ravenous. and the spurs are from texas... i doubt it will happen but id like to see the mavericks get past sacremento...

Well Lakers gave Spurs a big whipping today. This puts the series at 2 - 1 in favor of the Spurs. I figured LA would be playing extra hard today since they were at home and are too good a team to be swept. Hopefully, the Spurs can win the next game and go back to SA with a 3 -1 advantage. At least the worst it will be will be 2 - 2 with LA back with advantage of momentum. We will see.

It is discouraging though. Not that they lost but they were flat whipped. I expected the Lakers to play their best game because their backs were against the wall but I still expected the Spurs to do much better. And the Lakers played a clean game. The sports guys were saying they need to knock Tony Parker down but the way they played yesterday they didn't have to. A big understatement by Parker "We have to refocus and come back Tuesday and play better." Duh! :)
