Only one team from Texas. And only 3-4 from the entire big 12. Looks like a pretty nice unbiased poll.

What other schools from Texas would you put in there?

Texas A&M is going to be growing this season with a young team.
Tech lost its key cog to its team in Kingsbury.
TCU isn't going to be the team they were a year ago.
Baylor...well...they're Baylor.
North Texas plays a tough non-conference schedule, but their conference stinks.
SMU will be lucky to win 4 games this year.

I don't necessarily agree with all of the poll, but I really can't think of any other Texas teams that deserve a top 25 nod right now.

None, Crazy

That was my point. The poll looks unbiased.

ive seen oklahoma and texas in their one spring workout in person this year. I'll tell you what....Oklahoma gets after it in practice. Texas DOES NOT. People were getting the crap knockedout of them everywhere on that OU field...it looked as if they were preparing for touch football on the UT practice field. An OU receiver would go across the middle, get plowed, and get up and pat the safety on the helmet. It was awesome

That transfers to the game as well. It looks like OU has all the intensity and Texas is just trying to hang on. I would love to see more fire out of the Texas team.

UT is the one of the most talented teams on the poll but their coaching sucks. Imagine if the OU coaches had the Texas roster...
