I don't understand why Presidio is still in the top 10 polls!

Pecos went undefeated in our district beating Presidio at least twice.

We played Presidio close when we played them. Either they are over-rated or Greenwood is under-rated....IMO they are over-rated!

But what do I know?? I don't even like baseball (I have to keep reminding myself of that!!):rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Even though they play a weak district, you would think with their record, tradition, and coaching, that someone other than Old Cardinal would give them a nod.

In a few weeks, they will break into the polls i guess.

wow...that shocks me...their only losses this year were to top 4a and 5a programs...hehe

pecos just beat presidio once in district because we beat them once in our tournament. i dont know if they are overrated or not because we beat them once and almost beat them twice losing in the bottom of the seventh 2-1 on a 2 run home run and we didnt even make the playoffs. so i dont know ranger mom but i know that they do have a good team

To Ranger Mom.....Presidio won Dist 4- 3A and Pecos was the runnerup; followed by Midland Greenwood. They lost 2 games a while back and are presently 21-2 on the season...I would like to know about the two teams that beat them? These far West Texas teams are a little hard to evaluate because they are not pitted against teams that are traditionally strong.

OK, thanks for the post-I see Pecos and Monahans beat them during the course of the year. Did any of these teams play any rated 4A or good 4A teams?
